Sponsoring OFCFNC is something I genuinely value each year.
Our family has been part of the Hills for more than 50 years, beginning with my grandfather Sid Bell, who established the business, followed by my father Trevor, and now carried forward by three of his four sons. I work alongside two of my brothers, continuing the next generation of the Bell name in the Dandenong Ranges.
Growing up, our family lived in 17 homes across the Hills. Real estate has always been part of our lives, but more importantly, so has this community. I know this area well, and I care deeply about it.
While we are proud of the results we achieve in Olinda, including record sales and consistently strong median prices, what matters most to me is the people we meet along the way.
Sponsor days, standing on the boundary, having a kick with the players, chatting with volunteers and local business owners — these are the moments that make this club special. Selling homes is our profession, but being involved in the community is what makes it meaningful.
For the 2026 season, we are offering something simple.
If you sell your home with us, or refer someone who does, and the property settles, we will contribute $1,000 from that transaction directly back to OFCFNC.
It is our way of ensuring that when the community supports us, we support the club in return.
I look forward to another season alongside the players, families and supporters who make this club what it is.
